Where are my digital downloads?
Digital downloads are emailed within 24 hours after purchase to the email entered upon checkout (please see your receipt). Please check your SPAM folder for your download link.
Still can't find it? Please send us your child's name, school, and school location and we can help track down your download.
Where can I access my child's gallery?
Galleries are emailed out within 5-7 business days after picture day. Please check your SPAM folder. You can also access via the early access code we left with your child's school OR via the instructions on your child's printed proof sheet.
